We would like to inform you about the finishing of Christy-458 factory running tests from our new 2017 model year line, which is already available for the order, as well as the hovercrafts Christy with larger load and passenger capacity.
Taking this opportunity, we would like to present to your attention the videos confirming the successful results of the inspection of the vessel amphibious possibilities of the hovercraft Christy-458 FC in difficult conditions.
Due to its amphibious possibilities, the vessel Christy-458 was easily moving around the different types of surfaces, including sand, heaps, frozen soil. The vessel was successfully overcoming the obstacles in the form of crushed ice, slush and wet snow, and easily started with full capacity from the water surface with sheet ice. The absence of any damages of the flexible skirt when moving in such difficult conditions confirms once again the reliability of the vessels construction manufactured under the brand name Christy Hovercraft.
On 23.11.2016 it was the final stage of the testing - the test for the maximum load capacity of Christy-458. It was required the force from 10 to 20 kg to move the vessel under the full load 1750 kg on the flat surface.
On 21.11.2016 it was the test-drive in the water area, grass and tussocks.
On 21.11.2016 there were the trials of the hovercraft Christy-458 in unfavorable meteorological conditions (strong squally wind, high humidity) over the water, slush, ice.
On 20.11.2016 it was the test drive through the deep fresh snow covers the high dry grass.
In addition, we would like to present you a new line of the hovercrafts Christy of 2017 model year, which have a greater load capacity and the same amphibious characteristics.

● Christy-5143 (6-seated, length – 5,49 m, payload – 550 kg);
● Christy-7183 (6-seated, length – 5,9 m, payload – 650 kg);
● Christy-8183 (8205) (7-seated, length – 6,5 m, payload – 750 kg);
● Christy-9205 (8-12 seated, length – 7,4 m, payload – 1000 kg).
