We are happy to inform you that four Christy hovercrafts of 5 and 7 Series were put into commercial operation by our experts in the framework of contractual obligations under the international contract in India (Visakhapatnam region).
A complex of arrangements had been done for training the shipowner's personnel to practical skills of vessel management and maintenance.
As a result of these arrangements, the vessels and technical personnel were admitted to do passenger transportations in the tourist cluster Vizag in India.

There are happened to be a difficult navigation and hydrological situation in the waters of the Bay of Bengal as well as the vessel’s operation in strong wind in coastal wave conditions. Once again Christy Hovercrafts proved their technical and operational characteristics, including the possibility of their operation in a hot and humid climate in the coastal water area of the Indian Ocean.
The work of our specialists was highlighted in local mass media. All vessels were inspected by the Maritime Inspection and were allowed to operate. Thanks to our teamwork, an absolutely new innovative product was introduced to the tourist market of India, which was appreciated by business representatives, tourists and local residents.
