A pair of new hovercrafts Christy 555 are handed over to their owners
One of the vessels was engineered and assembled for hunting and fishing admirer from Blagoveshchensk.
The second hovercraft was specially manufactured for exploitation in climatic environmental conditions of Arctic and Extreme north regions. The vessel is serviceable for year-round exploitation on any relatively smooth surface and navigation across rivers, inshore maritime zone, water areas of lakes and reservoirs, snowy and water-logged cross-country, ice, slush, sand, winter roads, shallow waters with clean coast opening, relatively smooth snowy surface of water ponds and floating ice and it will be used as a marine floating craft for transportation of cockpit crew to the shore, oil-pumping through sheathing line to unequipped shore, transportation and loading of dangerous cargo the weight of which does not exceed specified vessel payload in roadstead conditions and on fast ice by unequipped shore, for loading-unloading offshore adrift works, works in-motion and anchoring in terms of according exploitation conditions specified in vessel characteristics.
Vessel hull is made of composite materials with a deck protected from impact mechanical stress with aluminum alloy areas. Separate elements of the hull are manufactured as sandwich panels of fiberglass and expanded polyurethane. Hull construction includes buoyancy blocks which provide the craft with floodability (including cases of complete submerging). Vessel hull is not exposed to corrosion, has a resiliency to freezing and high serviceability.
The flexible skirt is double-deck and it is performed in a classical version (upper storey is a bag; lower storey consists of independent segments of Hypalon material). All the segments are independent and easily changeable afield.
The cabin is half-open, it has an impact protection windscreen (triplex). The cabin is equipped with a protective barrier (frame). Functional cabin performance ensures all-round view from the control room and signals visibility.
The vessel enriched the line-up of special hovercraft.
